Was built in 1895, designed and occupied by the well-known architect, William J. Dodd, and acquired by this company in 2017. This is a beautiful Victorian mansion, presently divided into four spacious, well- equipped apartments, with beautiful floors, chandeliers, decorative fireplaces, a beautiful foyer, and a grand stairway. It is located very close to the famous Pink Palace, and not far from the fabulous St. James Court fountain. One of the country’s largest and most famous art shows occurs on this court and nearby streets.
